Estimated shipping delivery times based on standard option:
Europe: 5-10 business days after fulfillment
USA: 3-10 business days after fulfillment
Canada: 5-10 business days after fulfillment
World: 10-20 business days after fulfillment
Your order will be sent out on average within five (5) business days of ordering.
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the incurred fee is usually based on a variety of factors such as weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! Kindly check your shipping confirmation and that the entered address is correct. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your expense.

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery due to no recipient being available at the registered address, the parcel is returned to the local post office, and it is your responsibility to claim the parcel or arrange for another delivery accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
